Open your Shop2Shop app, go to Menu, and select Premium Membership.

2. Complete your sign-up
Tap Sign Me Up, then read and accept the Terms and conditions to continue.

3. Activate your membership
Your membership is activated instantly and your subscription debited automatically.

4. Receive your cover certificate
Your cover certificate is sent to your email and WhatsApp the following morning.

Shop2Shop Premium Membership gives eligible traders access to affordable business protection and exclusive member benefits for just R30 per week. Members receive stock and contents cover, SASRIA cover for riots and strikes, and additional benefits that help protect and grow their business.

Premium Membership includes business protection with stock and contents cover for fire, storm and impact damage up to R30,000, as well as online scam cover of up to R25,000. Members also receive SASRIA cover of up to R500,000 for losses caused by riots or strikes. Please refer to the policy wording for the full terms, conditions and exclusions.

Premium Membership is available to eligible Shop2Shop traders through the Shop2Shop app. Simply open the app, go to Menu > Premium Membership, tap Sign Me Up, accept the Terms & Conditions, and your membership will be activated immediately.

Submitting a claim is quick and easy through the Shop2Shop app. Open Premium Membership, tap Claim, add a brief description of what happened, and upload your supporting photos and invoices. Once your claim has been assessed and approved, your payout will be deposited directly into your Shop2Shop account.

Premium Membership costs just R30 per week, which is automatically deducted from your Shop2Shop account. Once your membership is active, you’ll receive your cover certificate via email and WhatsApp, giving you immediate access to your business protection and member benefits.
