For first-time clients, the maximum value is R5,000 per transfer. For repeat clients, the maximum value is R5,000 per day, limited to a maximum of R25,000 per month.

The sender can specify how the money can be withdrawn by the receiver. You can choose Mobile Money, Bank Transfer or Cash Pickup, depending on your preference.

Choose the U.S. Dollar amount you want to send. All fees will be shown upfront, with a full South African Rand breakdown and the exact amount your recipient will receive.

Shop2Shop processes money transfers from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Please allow 24 hours for all transfers to be finalised.

A transaction cannot be reversed. Please confirm all details before you transfer. Shop2Shop cannot be held responsible for a payout to the wrong person if the wrong information is provided.
