Purpose of Role

To support the Fraud Team by conducting field investigations, gathering evidence, engaging with traders and agents, and providing accurate intelligence that assists with fraud prevention, claim validation, and financial crime investigations across South Africa.

 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct field investigations relating to fraud, claims and financial crimes.
  • Liaise face-to-face and telephonically with traders and agents.
  • Gather, verify and document evidence.
  • Compile detailed investigation reports.
  • Provide investigation-related intelligence to the Fraud Team.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Travel nationally when required.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid South African Driver’s Licence
  • Experience in investigations, fraud, security, law enforcement or related field advantageous.

  • Strong workplace setup with uninterrupted connectivity for remote collaboration
    • Willingness to travel extensively across South Africa
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity
