TERMS AND CONDITONS: VEND ON PROFIT+ AND WOZA+ AND WIN YOUR SHARE OF R50 000

  1. The promoter of this competition is Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd (“Shop2Shop”) and by accepting your prize (defined below) you agree to be bound by these rules.
  2. This competition is open to (i) registered ProfitPlus and Woza+ vendors in South Africa with a verified Shop2Shop trading account (ii) who has been inactive on ProfitPlus or Woza+ (meaning who has not actively vend on the ProfitPlus or Woza+ app on or before 17 August 2024) but (iii) who the sell airtime or vouchers on ProfitPlus or Woza+ during the Competition Period (“Qualifying Vendor”) except employees and agents of Shop2Shop or Tradeport (“Disqualified Entrants”).
  3. Each Qualifying Vendor will receive an automatic entry into the competition. If the Qualifying Vendor also sells an Easyload voucher during the Competition Period, the Qualifying Vendor will receive an extra entry.
  4. The competition runs from 08:00 on 26 August 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 30 September 2024 (“Competition Period”).
  5. Each Qualifying Vendor will stand a chance of winning either (i) 1 (one) of R10 000; (ii) or 4 (four) of R5 000 or (iii) 8 (eight) of R2 500 prizes, paid into their Shop2Shop trading account.
  6. Each winner will only be entitled to one prize.
  7. Winners will be selected through 13 (thirteen) random draws.
  8. Prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred or exchanged for cash, credit or otherwise.
  9. The winners will be announced within one month from the end of the Competition Period.
  10. Shop2Shop will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this competition that may result in an automatic entry not being successfully submitted.
  11. As a condition to receive a prize, participants:
    11.1 Agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by Shop2Shop, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
    11.2 Consent to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the competition, for example to view the entries, select and announce the winners publicly and deliver prizes. Qualifying participants data will only be retained for a reasonable period after the competition closes to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act by Shop2Shop.
    11.3 By accepting your prize you agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list your or your business name as a winner on our social media platforms and/or our website. You do however have the right to decline the use of your image at any time.
  12. Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary.
  13. Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
  14. All participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the competition.

  16. The competition and rules will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
