TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SHOP2SHOP & TELKOM LAPTOP GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd (“Shop2Shop”, “us”, “we” or “our”), a private company in the Republic of South Africa. By taking part in this Competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The Competition will run from 08:00 on 23 October 2025 to 23:59 on 1 November 2025 (“Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of this Competition Period.

3. Eligibility

This Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 (eighteen) years and older (“Qualifying Participants”). Directors, employees, agents or consultants of Shop2Shop or any of its associated companies, including their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, or sister) will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

To enter the Competition, Qualifying Participants must complete all 3 (three) of the following steps during the Competition Period:

  1. Buy a Telkom Voucher from any participating Shop2Shop trader;
  2. Post a picture of their redeemed Telkom Voucher receipt in the comments section of the official competition post on the Shop2Shop Facebook page; and
  3. Like the official Shop2Shop Facebook page (“Qualifying Entries”).

Only valid comments made directly on the official competition post will be considered as valid entries. Only one entry per Qualifying Participant will count.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive a Huawei MateBook D15 laptop. The prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The make, model, colour, and specifications of the laptop are subject to availability and will be finalised by Shop2Shop. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Shop2Shop’s control, Shop2Shop reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. No correspondence will be entered into regarding prize selection or substitution.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all Qualifying Entries received during the Competition Period within one month from the closing date of the Competition Period.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Facebook from the official Shop2Shop account The DM will request a valid contact number to arrange delivery of the prize. No additional personal information will be requested via DM. Shop2Shop will then contact the winner telephonically to finalise delivery, which will be at no cost to the winner. If a winner does not respond within 3 (three) business days to the DM, Shop2Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Qualifying Participants agree that upon acceptance of the prize, winners may be publicly announced on Shop2Shop’s website and social media platforms.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary.

8.2 In the event of a dispute, Shop2Shop’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Shop2Shop will not be liable for any technical failures that may affect entry or outcome of the Competition.

9.2 Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

10. Indemnity

All participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the Competition.

11. Use of Personal Information

By entering this Competition participants:

11.1 Consents to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition, including verification of entries, contacting winners, and announcing results. Competition records, including winner details, will be retained for a minimum of three (3) years to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

11.2 Agree that Shop2Shop may publish the winner’s name or business name on its website or official social media platforms. Winners may, however, decline the use of their image by notifying Shop2Shop in writing.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
