TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SEND MONEY TO SOMALIA AND YOU COULD WIN DOUBLE YOUR SEND

1. Promoter:

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd (“Shop2Shop”, “us”, “we” or “our”), a private company in the Republic of South Africa. By taking part in this Competition and/or accepting the prize (defined below) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period:

The Competition will run from 08:00 on 22 October 2025 to 23:59 on 5 November 2025 (“Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of this Competition Period.

3. Eligibility:

This Competition is open to all registered Shop2Shop customers who reside in South Africa, are 18 (eighteen) years or older, have an active Shop2Shop trading account, are KYC verified by Shop2Shop, and qualify to make use of the Shop2Shop Money Transfer services (“Qualifying Participants”) on the Shop2Shop app. Directors, employees, agents or consultants of Shop2Shop or any of its associated companies, including their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, or sister) will not be eligible.

4. How to enter:

To enter the Competition, a Qualifying Participant must successfully send money from South Africa to Somalia during the Competition Period, using the Shop2Shop Money Transfer service (“Qualifying Transactions”) on the Shop2Shop app. There is no minimum send requirement.

5. Prize Details

1 (one) Qualifying Participant will stand a chance to win back double the value of one of their successful remittance transactions sent to Somalia during the Competition Period. Double the value of that single transaction will be credited back into the winner’s Shop2Shop trading account. The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, and is limited to double the value of one qualifying transaction, not the total value of all transactions made by the Qualifying Participant during the Competition Period.

6. Winner Selection:

1 (one) winner will be selected through a random draw from all Qualifying Transactions and notified within one month from the closing date of the Competition Period.

7. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified telephonically using the mobile number registered with Shop2Shop. If the winner cannot be reached after 3 (three) attempts, Shop2Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The prize will be credited to the winner’s Shop2Shop trading account within 1 (one) month from the closing date of the Competition.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary.

8.2 In the event of a dispute, Shop2Shop’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 Shop2Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Shop2Shop will not be liable for any technical failures that may affect entry or outcome of the Competition.

9.2 Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

10.bIndemnity:

All participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the Competition.

11. Use of Personal Information:

By entering this Competition and as a condition to receive a prize, participants:

11.1 Consents to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition, for example to view the entries, draw and notify winners and deliver prizes. Qualifying Participants data will only be retained for a reasonable period after the competition closes to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act by Shop2Shop.

11.2 Agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list their name as a winner on our social media platforms and/or our website, unless they explicitly request otherwise. The winner may decline the use f their image at any time, without affecting their eligibility to receive the prize.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
