TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SEND MONEY TO BANGLADESH OR PAKISTAN AND STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A GARMIN WATCH, LG SMART TV OR IPHONE 15

1. Promoter

This promotional competition ("Competition") is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd ("Shop2Shop", "us", "we" or "our"), a private company in the Republic of South Africa. By taking part in this Competition and/or accepting the prize (defined below) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period:

The Competition will run from 08:00 on 28 November 2025 to 23:59 on 30 November 2025 ("Competition Period"). No entries will be accepted outside of this Competition Period.

3. Eligibility:

3.1 This Competition is open to registered Shop2Shop customers who reside in South Africa, are aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, have an active Shop2Shop trading account, are KYC verified by Shop2Shop, and make use of the Shop2Shop Money Transfer service for the first time to send money to Bangladesh or Pakistan during the Competition Period ("Qualifying Participants").

3.2 Directors, employees, agents or consultants of Shop2Shop or any of its associated companies, including their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, or sister) are not eligible to participate.

4. How to enter:

4.1 To enter the Competition, a Qualifying Participant must successfully send money for the first time from South Africa to Bangladesh or Pakistan during the Competition Period, using the Shop2Shop Money Transfer service on the Shop2Shop application ("Qualifying Remittances"). There is no minimum send requirement.

4.2 Each Qualifying Participant will be entitled to one (1) entry into the competition, regardless of the number of Qualifying Remittances made during the Competition Period.

4.3 Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, or found to be invalid for any reason will not qualify as valid entries.

5. Prize Details

5.1 A total of 6 (six) winners will be selected after the Competition Period:

3 (three) winners from Qualifying Remittances to Bangladesh; and

3 (three) winners from Qualifying Remittances to Pakistan

5.2 Each winner will stand a chance to win (1) one of 3 prizes:

5.3 Each winner will be randomly allocated (1) one of the 3 (three) prizes listed above.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The make, model, colour and specifications of the prizes are subject to availability and will be finalised by Shop2Shop. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Shop2Shop's reasonable control, Shop2Shop reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into regarding prize selection or substitution.

5.5 All prizes are subject to verification of the winner's eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Winner Selection:

6.1 Winners will be randomly selected from all Qualifying Remittances to Bangladesh and Pakistan respectively.

6.2 The selection and notification will take place within 1 (one) calendar month after the Competition closing date.

7. Winner Notification:

7.1 The winner will be notified telephonically using the mobile number registered with Shop2Shop. If the winner cannot be contacted after 3 (three) attempts, fails to respond to the time period specified by Shop2Shop, or is unable to accept or take delivery of the prize for any reason, Shop2Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.2 Prizes will be delivered or arranged with the winners within (1) one month after announcement of the winners. Shop2Shop will not be responsible for any delays or failure to deliver a prize due to incorrect contact details provided by the winner, unavailability, or circumstances beyond Shop2Shop's reasonable control.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary.

8.2 In the event of a dispute, Shop2Shop's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 Shop2Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Shop2Shop will not be liable for any technical failures that may affect entry or outcome of the Competition.

9.2 Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

10. Indemnity:

All participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the Competition.

11. Use of Personal Information:

By entering this Competition and as a condition to receive a prize, participants:

11.1 Consents to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition, for example to view the entries, draw and notify winners and deliver prizes. Qualifying Participants data will only be retained for a reasonable period after the competition closes to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act by Shop2Shop.

11.2 Agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list their name as a winner on our social media platforms and/or our website, unless they explicitly request otherwise. The winner may decline the use of their image at any time, without affecting their eligibility to receive the prize.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
