COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS: STAND A CHANCE TO DOUBLE YOUR PROFITS 

 

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd ("Shop2Shop") and by taking part in this competition and/or accepting the prize (defined below) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  2. Who can enter: This competition is open to registered Profit+ vendors in South Africa that have a verified Shop2Shop trading account ("Qualifying Customers").  Employees and directors of Shop2Shop, its subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.  
  3. Competition Period: This competition will commence at 08h00 on 30 June 2025 and close at 23h59 on 6 July 2025 ("Competition Period").  Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be valid. 
  4. How to enter: To receive an automatic entry into the Competition, Qualifying Customers will receive 1 (one) entry for every R5 000 (Five Thousand Rand) worth of Easyload Airtime (airtime and data) or EasyVoucher vended. ("Qualifying Transactions").   
  5. The Prize: Ten (10) Qualifying Customers will each stand a chance to double their commission made during the Competition Period ("the Prize").  The prize will be credited directly into their Shop2Shop trading account.  The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected randomly from all Qualifying Transactions received during the Competition Period and announced within one month from the end of the competition.  Winners will be notified via the contact details linked to their Shop2Shop profile.  If a winner cannot be contacted withing 5 business days, Shop2Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
  7. General Terms:  

7.1 Shop2Shop will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. 

7.2 Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary. 

7.3 By entering this competition/accepting the prize participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as interpreted by Shop2Shop, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. 

8. Publicity and Personal Information: 

By entering and accepting the prize, participants: 

8.1 Consent to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the competition.  Winners will be given the opportunity to consent to further processing of their personal information. Qualifying Customers data will only be retained for a reasonable period after the competition closes to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act by Shop2Shop. 

8.2 Agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list your or your shop name as a winner on our social media platforms and/or our website. You do however have the right to decline the use of your image at any time. 

9. Limitation of Liability: Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant. 

10. Indemnity: Participants indemnify and hold harmless Shop2Shop, its directors, employees, and agents against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the competition. 

11. Governing Law: This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
