COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  TOP UP PROFIT+ TODAY AND YOU COULD WIN R10 000

 

  1. Promoter & Acceptance

1.1       This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty)      Ltd (“Shop2Shop”, “us”, “we” or “our”), a private company in the Republic of South Africa.  By entering this Competition and/or accepting a prize you agree to be bound by these Terms and      Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

2.1       This Competition is open to all Shop2Shop customers in South Africa with a registered Profit+ account and verified Shop2Shop trading account (“Qualifying Customer”).

2.2       Directors, employees, or consultants of Shop2Shop, its associated companies or its promotional partners and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  1. Competition Period

3.1       This Competition runs from 08:00 on 1 November 2025 to 23:59 on 30 November 2025  (“Competition Period”).  No entries or qualifying activity will be accepted outside of this period.

  1. How to Enter/Qualify:

4.1       To receive an entry into the Competition, the Qualifying Customer must top up their Profit+ account with R500 (five hundred rand) or more.

4.2       For every R500 (five hundred rand) top-up, the Qualifying Customer will receive 1 (one)   automatic entry into the Competition.

  1. Prize Details

5.1       1 (one) participant will stand a chance to win R10 000 (ten thousand rand), paid directly into their Profit+ account.

  1. Winner Notification

6.1       The winner will be contacted telephonically or via WhatsApp on the number registered with Shop2Shop within 1 (one) month after the end of the Competition Period.

6.2       Shop2Shop will make at least (3) three attempts to contact the winner.  If the winner cannot be reached the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

6.3       Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner’s name or business name may be publicly announced on Shop2Shop’s website and social media platforms.

  1. Prize Conditions

7.1       The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless expressly stated as a cash prize) or any alternative.

  1. Shop2Shop’s Rights

8.1       Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prize (not subject to a draw) or any aspect thereof for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary.

8.2       In the event of a dispute, Shop2Shop’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Disqualification for Misuse

9.1       Any participant reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse, or manipulation of the       Competition process may be disqualified at Shop2Shop’s discretion.

  1. Limitation of Liability

10.1      Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be      suffered by the participant.

10.2      Shop2Shop is not liable for any technical failures, system errors, or interruptions that may affect entry, participation or outcome.

  1. Indemnity

11.1      All participants indemnify Shop2shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the Competition.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

By entering this Competition and as a condition to receive a prize, participants:

12.1      Consents to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service    providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition, for example to view the entries, draw and announce the winner publicly and deliver/award the prize.  Shop2Shop will retain Competition records, including the winner details, for a period of at least three (3) years, to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.

12.2      Agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list their name or their business name as a winner on Shop2Shop’s social media platforms and/or our website. The winner will however have the right to decline the use of your image at any time.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
