COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SELL TELKOM VOUCHERS AND WIN

1. Promoter & Acceptance

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd (“Shop2Shop”, “us”, “we” or “our”), a private company in the Republic of South Africa. By entering this Competition and/or accepting any prizes you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

This Competition is open to all registered Shop2Shop traders in South Africa who sell Telkom vouchers via the Profit+ platform (“Qualifying Traders”).

Directors, employees, agents or consultants of Shop2Shop, its associated companies or its promotional partners and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

This Competition runs from 08:00 on 1 November 2025 to 23:59 on 30 November 2025 (“Competition Period”). No entries or qualifying activity will be accepted outside of this period.

4. How to Enter/Qualify:

4.1 To enter, a Qualifying Trader must sell a Telkom Voucher via the Profit+ platform during the Competition Period.

4.2 Only verified and successfully processed Telkom voucher sales recorded on the Profit+ platform will be considered. Reversed, refunded, or invalid transactions will not qualify.

4.3 No entry fee is payable to participate in this Competition. Entry is automatic based on verified sales performance.

5. Prize Details

5.1 The 2 (two) traders with the highest Telkom Voucher sales on the Profit+ platform during the Competition Period will each win a Huawei MateBook D15 laptop.

5.2 There will be two (2) prizes in total – one per winning trader.

5.3 The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5.4 The make, model, colour, and specifications of the laptop are subject to availability and will be finalised by Shop2Shop. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Shop2Shop’s control, Shop2Shop reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. No correspondence will be entered into regarding prize selection or substitution.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be determined based on verified sales data captured on the Profit+ platform at the end of the Competition Period.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or telephone on the number registered with Shop2Shop within one (1) month after the end of the Competition Period.

7.2 Shop2Shop will make at least (3) three attempts to contact each winner. If the winner cannot be reached three (3) business days, the prize will be forfeited and Shop2Shop reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.3 Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner’s name or business name may be publicly announced on Shop2Shop’s website and social media platforms.

8. Prize Conditions

8.1 The prize does not include any additional costs, warranties, or insurance related to the use or enjoyment of the prize.

8.2 Shop2Shop is not responsible for any delays in delivery or availability caused by supplier or logistical constraints beyond its control.

8.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility before a prize is awarded.

9. Shop2Shop’s Rights

9.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to amend, suspend, or cancel this Competition or any aspect thereof if it reasonably deems such action necessary.

9.2 In the event of a dispute, Shop2Shop’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 All participants enter the Competition entirely at their own risk. Shop2Shop, its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, service providers, promotional partners, subsidiaries or associated companies cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, harm or loss suffered by any person or entity as a direct or indirect result of entering the Competition or suffered as a direct or indirect result of the utilisation in any way whatsoever of the Prize won in terms of the Competition.

10.2 Shop2Shop is not liable for any technical failures, system errors, or interruptions that may affect entry, participation or outcome.

11. Indemnity

11.1 All participants hereby agree to release and indemnify the Shop2Shop and its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, service providers, promotional partners, subsidiaries or associated companies and hold it harmless against any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Competition, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

11.2 Shop2Shop makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Competition or the prizes, including but not limited to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shop2Shop does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any products or services provided as part of the Prizes, which are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers or providers.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

By entering this Competition and as a condition to receive a prize, participants:

12.1 Consents to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition, for example to view the entries, draw and announce the winners publicly and deliver/award prizes. Shop2Shop will retain Competition records, including the winner details, for a period of at least three (3) years, to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.

12.2 Agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list their name or their business name as a winner on Shop2Shop’s social media platforms and/or our website. The winner will however have the right to decline the use of your image at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
