COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ACTIVATE MORE TRADERS AND WIN R5 000 

 1. Promoter & Acceptance 

This promotional competition ("Competition") is conducted and promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd ("Shop2Shop", "us", "we" or "our"), a private company in the Republic of South Africa.  By participating in this Competition and/or accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

2. Eligibility 

This Competition is open to all registered Shop2Shop resellers of Profit+ in South Africa, who received direct communication (in-app message or SMS) from Shop2Shop inviting participation ("Qualifying Resellers"). 

3. Competition Period 

This Competition runs from 08:00 on 20 April 2026 to 23:59 on 26 April 2026 ("Competition Period").  Only qualifying activity during the Competition Period will be considered. 

4. How to Qualify 

4.1 A qualifying activation is defined as a trader who: 

  • is an inactive client, as defined by Shop2Shop, and who has received a direct communication (in-app message or SMS) from Shop2Shop inviting participation; and 
  • becomes active on Profit+ during the Competition Period by successfully vending to a minimum value of R100 (one hundred rand). 

4.2 Each qualifying activation will count toward the reseller's total number of activations. 

4.3 The reseller with the highest number of qualifying activations during the Competition Period will  be eligible to win the prize.  

5. Prize Details 

5.1 There will be one (1) winner. 

5.2 The winner will receive R5 000 (five thousand rand) ("prize"). 

5.3  The prize will be credited directly to winner's Shop2Shop Trading Account within 30 (thirty) days  after the Competition Period ends. 

6. Winner Determination 

6.1 The winner will be the Qualifying Reseller who records the highest number of qualifying  activations during the Competition Period. 

6.2 In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by Shop2Shop  from among the tied participants. 

6.3 Shop2Shop's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

7. Winner Notification  

7.1 The winner will be contacted telephonically or via WhatsApp using their registered details.  

7.2 Shop2Shop will make at least (3) three attempts to contact the winner.  If the winner cannot  be reached, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying reseller. 

8. Prize Conditions 

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives or any other item. 

 9. Shop2Shop's Rights 

9.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend these Terms and Conditions,  and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition or any aspect thereof for any reason which  Shop2Shop reasonably deems necessary. 

9.2 Shop2Shop reserves the right to audit and verify all qualifying activations and disqualify any  participant where irregularities are detected.  

10. Disqualification and Misuse 

Any participant reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse, or manipulation of the Competition process may be disqualified at Shop2Shop's sole discretion.   

11. Limitation of Liability 

11.1 All participants enter the Competition entirely at their own risk.  Shop2Shop, its directors,  affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors, service providers, promotional  partners, subsidiaries or associated companies shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, harm  or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential) arising from participation in the  Competition or use of any prize.   

11.2 Shop2Shop is not liable for any technical failures, system errors, or interruptions that may affect  entry, participation or outcome. 

12. Indemnity 

12.1  All participants hereby agree to release and indemnify Shop2Shop and its directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors, service providers, promotional partners, subsidiaries or associated companies and hold it harmless against any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Competition, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.   

13. Privacy & Data Protection 

By entering this Competition and as a condition to receive a prize, participants: 

13.1 consent to the processing of their personal information by Shop2Shop and its service  providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the Competition.  Shop2Shop will retain  Competition records, including the winner details, for a period of at least three (3) years, to  ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act. 

13.2 agree that Shop2Shop may publish or list their name on Shop2Shop platforms  for publicity  purposes, unless expressly requested otherwise.  The winner may decline the use of their  image at any stage.

16. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
