CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR KYC AND GET R100 

1. Promoter & Acceptance 

This campaign is promoted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd ("Shop2Shop").  By accepting the Incentive (defined below), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

This campaign is open to a Shop2Shop customer in South Africa who: 

i) have an existing Shop2Shop account prior to the start of this campaign;  

ii) have an active Shop2Shop Tap2Pay device; and  

iii) is not KYC verified by Shop2Shop prior to the start of this campaign 

("Qualifying Customer").  

Employees of Shop2Shop, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 

3. Campaign Period 

The campaign runs from 08:00 on 10 March 2025 to 23:59 on 16 March 2025 ("Campaign Period").  Any submissions received outside this period will not be considered. 

4. How to participate 

A Qualifying Customer who submits valid, unexpired KYC documents and successfully completes the KYC verification process with Shop2Shop during the Campaign Period, will receive R100 (One Hundred Rand) ("Incentive"), credited to their Shop2Shop account by 31 March 2025.   

KYC verification requires the submission of a valid, unexpired ID document and a selfie, both verified successfully as authentic by Shop2Shop.   

Each individual participant is eligible to receive a maximum of R100 during the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of Shop2Shop accounts they hold.  

5. Exclusions 

Any changes to the ownership or primary contact details of existing Shop2Shop accounts during the Campaign Period do not qualify. 

6. Limited Availability 

The Incentive is limited to the first 2,000 Qualifying Customers who successfully complete the KYC verification during the Campaign Period.   

7.Non-Transferability 

The Incentive is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 

8. Shop2Shop's Rights 

By accepting the Incentive, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as interpreted by Shop2Shop, whose decision regarding any disputes will be final and binding.  

Shop2Shop reserves right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this campaign and any Incentive or any aspect thereof, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary. 

9. Disqualification for Misuse 

If Shop2Shop reasonably suspects a customer of misusing or abusing this campaign, Shop2Shop may disqualify the customer and withhold the Incentive. 

10. Indemnity 

All participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the campaign. 

Neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers, suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant. 

Shop2Shop is not liable for any technical failures that may result in a customer not qualifying for the Incentive. 

11. Privacy & Data Protection 

By participating, you consent to the processing of your personal information by Shop2Shop and its service providers, insofar that it is necessary to give effect to the campaign. 

Any personal information relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current protection of personal information legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.   

Shop2Shop will retain participant data only for a reasonable period after the campaign closes to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.

13. Governing Law 

This campaign and its terms and condition are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
