CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SELL ON PROFIT+ AND GET R100 (APRIL 2026) 

1. Promoter  

This campaign is organised and conducted by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd ("Shop2Shop", "us", "we" or "our"), a private company in the Republic of South Africa. By participating in this campaign and/or accepting the Incentive (defined below), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2.Competition Period:  

The campaign will run from 08:00 on 20 April 2026 until 23:59 on 26 April 2026 ("Campaign Period").   

3.Eligibility:  

3.1 This campaign is strictly by invitation only and is open exclusively to selected Profit+ traders in  South Africa who received this promotion directly from Shop2Shop via official communication  channels (in-app messaging) ("Qualifying Participants").  

3.2 Directors and employees of Shop2Shop or any of its associated companies, including their  immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent,  child, sibling) will not be eligible to  participate. 

4.Qualifying Criteria 

4.1 To qualify for the incentive, a participant must: 

  • be a Qualifying Participant; and  
  • Successfully vend a minimum of R100 (one hundred rand) on the Profit+ platform  during the Campaign Period. 

4.2 Only valid, completed and successful transactions processed via the Profit+ platform will be  counted. 

4.3 Transactions that are reversed, refunded, fraudulent, or not settled may be excluded at  Shop2Shop's discretion. 

5.Incentive 

5.1 Qualifying Participants will receive a R100 (one hundred rand) payment credited to their Profit+  account ("Incentive"). 

5.2 The Incentive will be paid by no later than 30 April31 May 2026. 

5.3 Only one Incentive will be awarded per Profit+ account. 

5.4 The Incentive is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

5.5 The offer is not valid for resale, transfer or redistribution. 

6.Verification and Disqualification 

6.1 Shop2Shop reserves the right to verify all transactions, participant eligibility and compliance  with these Terms and Conditions. 

6.2 Shop2Shop may withhold, cancel or reclaim the Incentive if it reasonably suspects: 

  • fraudulent activity; 
  • abuse or manipulation of the campaign; or 
  • any breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

7. Amendment, Suspension or Cancellation 

Shop2Shop reserves the to amend, suspend or cancel this campaign were reasonably necessary, subject to compliance with applicable laws. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1  Shop2Shop will not be liable for any technical failures, system errors, delays, network issues  or platform downtime that may affect participation or Incentive allocation. 

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Shop2Shop, its agents, service providers,  suppliers, associated companies, nor any directors, officers, or employees of such, shall be  liable for any loss, damage or injury whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising  from any cause whatsoever, suffered as a result of participation in this campaign or  acceptance or use of the Incentive. 

9. Indemnity 

Participants indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in this campaign. 

10. Use of Personal Information 

10.1 By participating, participants consent to processing their personal and business information for  purposes of administering this campaign, verifying eligibility and allocating the Incentive. 

10.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal  Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). 

10.3 Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this  campaign and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

12. Governing law 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
