CAMPAIGN TERMS: GET PAID FOR USING SHOP2SHOP
- This campaign is organised by Shop2Shop (Pty) Ltd (“Shop2Shop”) and by accepting the payment of the Incentive (defined below), you agree to be bound by these rules.
- The campaign is open to merchants who (i) has an inactive Shop2Shop issued and placed Tap2Pay device (ii) which has been inactive for 6 (six) weeks prior to the start date of this campaign and (iii) who has no active Shop2Shop Tap2Pay devices (“Qualifying Merchant”). This specifically excludes merchants that has a (i) M10 device, (ii) a Tap2Pay device placed or issued by a channel other than Shop2Shop (including all non-Shop2Shop Tap2Pay devices despite the device having the Tap2Pay app on the device) and (iii) merchants who is not on Shop2Shop’s standard acquiring rates (“Disqualifying Merchant”).
- By accepting payment of the Incentive, you agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by Shop2Shop, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. Shop2Shop reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this campaign or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Shop2Shop reasonably deem necessary including an abuse of the campaign.
- The promotional campaign runs from 08:00 on 1 November 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 30 November 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
- If you are Qualifying Vendor and you transact a minimum of R1 000 on your Shop2Shop Tap2Pay device during the Campaign Period, you will automatically receive a 1% rebate on all transactions value paid back into your Shop2Shop transactional account. The maximum value to be paid back by Shop2Shop is R10 000 per store.
- The Incentive is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- In the event of Shop2Shop reasonable suspecting that a vendor is abusing the campaign, Shop2Shop may claim the additional payments back from the customer.
- Shop2Shop is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional campaign that may result in a customer not qualifying to receive the 1% rebate.
- You indemnify Shop2Shop against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way in the campaign.
- Any personal information relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current protection of personal information legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent. Your data will only be retained for a reasonable period after the Campaign closes to ensure compliance of the Consumer Protection Act by Shop2Shop.

- The Campaign and Rules will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
